Anyone ever order Rock from ARK ( Addictive Reef Keeping) ?

Has anyone ordered rock from ARK ( Addictive Reef Keeping) aka Tyler Johnson ? If so what was your experience? I placed an order with them via Etsy last Wednesday night and have yet to receive any tracking info. Seller has been non responsive across several platforms . I'm Just trying to figure if this is the norm for them and my product will eventually show up. This is not a thread to bash a business. Just looking for buyer experience.

I have purchased snails and macros from him on eBay. Never ordered anything directly from the website though. Shipping is not super fast, but in terms of what I have purchased I have no complaints

TBH I have had a lot slower shipping from the same sellers when I buy from Etsy vs eBay. Sometimes they don't have the same items listed on both platforms which is how I discovered this. I've sold on eBay (but not Etsy so can't comment on their policies) and if you don't send it as quickly as you said you would they are on you immediately with the notifications and emails. That being said, you can set your own "handling time" on eBay listings but last time I sold you were unable to put it past a week.

I have, other than not packed super great, I love them. Shipping takes about a week to get it out.

I get that packing and shipping take time but the lack of communication is really frustrating.

This is the reply I got from them two days ago. My rock is literally the last thing I'm waiting for. Purchased 12/11. I should have went with Marco. The money saved isn't worth the wait to me. I was hoping to do my scape while im off from work. Doesnt look like that's going to happen.

***EDIT 1/17/25: Forum states that I cannot reply to this thread. In response to @AquaLogic , I did get my shipment on 1/15/25 (ordered 12/8/24). What I ordered looks good and had good packaging.

I ordered a cleanup crew from ARK on Ebay on Dec. 10th. I hadn't heard anything from the seller, so I tried to cancel the order, but cancellation was refused. Cleanup crew shipped last night Dec. 30th. We'll see how the CUC is.

To be fair, I did not see that the 'estimated fulfillment date was early Jan. 2025' so that's on me. But yes, a quick note or reply would be appreciated.

Just wanted to update my experience, I ordered Sunday, with wrong email, he got back to me on Tuesday morning and everything was shipped Tuesday and here Wednesday! Everything was alive and well, 1 pith0, 5 stomatellas, 20 cerith snd 20 blue legs very satisfied!
