Well now would be the time to contact lawyers. Tobey was so in line with Jason IMHO his purchases were backed by Jason. If not, he’s taking a terrible loss which I in no way feel bad for him. So interesting if he tries to recover any money since he was so demeaning to everyone on the forums as a Vertex moderator.

I said and knew this all along. I saw red flags along the way well over a year ago.
I have one minus the board they asked me to mail in so now I have a shell, which I had a gut feeling would be the case.
