Well now would be the time to contact lawyers. Tobey was so in line with Jason IMHO his purchases were backed by Jason. If not, he’s taking a terrible loss which I in no way feel bad for him. So interesting if he tries to recover any money since he was so demeaning to everyone on the forums as a Vertex moderator.
