Anyone have any info on how to raise and maintain acceptable nitrate ranges?

I’ve been having a heck of a time keeping my nitrates up. They are currently undetectable and have been for some time. My phosphates are a .1 and are kept in check with a media reactor running GFO. I dose neonitro, biofuel, and microbater7 but I cannot raise the nitrates. I am feeding an obscene amount as well; frozen food for the fish and coral ab+ and reef roids for the corals. I am currently running no filtration besides some filter floss.

This is a 25g lagoon tank; I have five fish currently.

But I would stop the dosing of biofuel and microbater7 first and see was happens
