No need to worry, it’s been done for years. The PVC cement in your pipes is worse than the coral glue. :)
Will any Cyanoacrylate adhesive and quick set work? Unfortunately, I can only see the Glue Masters in its thick form, but I found this:

Though it says that the quick set smells like strawberries, and I'm unsure if that will be harmful or not...

I recommend the BSI IC-gel or the Maxi Cure and the insta-set accelerator to get the bonds started if not using the thin GlueMasters CA glue. These work very well with rocks. They will probably be strong enough if enough glue is used, but I’d still follow it up with something stronger like Epoxy putty, E -Marco 400, or similar.

Once you get it bonded together, making it strong enough to lift into the aquarium is important for me. You definitely don’t want to break your glass. Making 2-3 structures is easier to lift. The 2nd two pictures are two different structures, but look like one when pushed together.

well, I didn't end up gluing any rock, but from the cornerstone pieces that came, I did break one into a few manageable pieces and made what I think is a nice natural-looking structure on the left side. Here's a video. I'll make another after I clean the glass later this week maybe.
