Probably could, but that might be a bit messy. You can increase the thickness of the outer shell, or do a solid fill to help stop things from leaking, but in general....you'll have a lot of time in designing and printing it to get it right. I don't think they make a transparent filament either. I'm not saying it's a horrible idea, but if you don't have experience doing it, you'll have to learn a lot about 3d printing and have a lot of time in it before making something you can use. Not sure how much time and effort you want in it.
