Anyone in CRC Breed Fish?

I don't, but I also want to try it. I am raising a pair of ora grade A picassos who have paired up. Should be ready in about 6 months or so to maybe mate. :D

I also have a pair of misbar gold stripe maroons I got from Tommy that lay eggs. I just got to figure out the best way to handle those little devils! :D They will bite the crap out of you. LOL!

My pair of clowns have been spawning for years, Every week I have a new batch of eggs, I have been reading about raising some of them, but it really takes alot of work. raising rotifers, and taking care of the fry is time consuming. If you are looking at clowns invest in the book called clownfishes it gets into detail about raising the fry.

Hey Bryan would you ever consider giving me a shot at raising the fry? It would take me a couple times I am sure.

if there was a way to make it work, I cant have the shell they lay eggs on out of the tank long, It has the mushroom they host on it, and im affraid if I pull the shell out they will stop spawning.

No we could add a piece of pottery next to where they lay and they will probably use it.

On second thought, maybe not. I love looking at those eggs in your tank and I would hate to mess up the process. I need to get over and take some pics of them again.

I was gonna try a batch two weeks ago, I put a 3" piece of tile next to where they lay there eggs, they ignored it.

Ah really....

I guess they are stuck in their ways! :) You would probably have to take out the shroom rock. Oh well...
