Anyone know how to get rid of green hair algae

I have this green algae and it won’t go away even if I take out the rocks and pressure wash them it comes back in 1-2 weeks

I know your pain pal.
I battled it for a couple of years, tried all sorts, wasted a lot of money really. Then one day I realised I hadn't changed my rodi filters since I first bought it, about 4 years ago.
Within about a month, all gone.
Coincidence, or just that simple?
Of course, you might have something else causing your problem, but just putting it out there.
Only been in the hobby myself a little over 4 years, or thereabouts.

This is my tank after 2 months of manual removal along with my phosphate coming down to .03 and dosing vibrant 2x a week. It’s almost all gone just some patches left.
