Any tips would be great. I use the alkatronic to dose from a 1L container and being that the alk is so stable now it doesn’t have to dose to often. But I’ve been noticing bubbles in the line , I prime then 2 days later more bubbles in the line . Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Bubbles are caused by leaks in the line most probably from the connector from the airline to the doser head or maby a small crack in the air line.

Are you using a hard 1/4" tubing and/or push connect fittings? I've gotten air leaks with push connect (don't know how)...but put a little epoxy around the connectors and it fixed it.

Yes the lines are 1/4 inch they’re connected to the push fittings of the alkatronic and the 1 L container .. there is Deff no cracks in the hose. Can it be gas or air build up the the alk container ? I’ll try the epoxy but scared to put it on a 1000 dollar unit

I put epoxy on seperate push connect fittings in my dosing containers...so replacing them would be cheap.

I'm not sure I would do it on the atually alktronic unit though. I'll let someone else with the unit chime in.

Do the bubbles move when the pump is working? If they are stationary it does not affect dosing volume.

Yes the bubbles do move when the pump is activated . The pump runs then the bubbles move and the alk solution comes out. So I’m still get the amount of solution I need

After the doser has ran, do the bubbles continue to move in any direction? It might be extremely slow so look close.

Is the hose just pushed onto the nipple? If so, put a tiny zip tie on the hose behind the barb on the nipple.

I use the brs dosing pumps, and also have a little bubble that forms right at the pump. I use to worry about it but, it doesn't affect the amount of alk I'm dosing so I have just stopped worrying about it.

won't the amount of liquid be less by a volume equal to that displaced by air?
