Anyone know what fish this is?

My wife has bought a fish from a fish store in Davao, Philippines and is on the way home. The store owner said it was a Landmark Angelfish. I've never heard of that fish and the photo looks more like some kind of wrasse. Looks to be a juvenile at about two to three inches in length.

Anyone have any idea of what it is?

Thank you. When my wife got home, she didn't have the fish. She had heeded what I had said about not knowing what the fish was and decided to go for something else.
