What size and brand of sump is that?

Just a tank I got off Facebook marketplace that I retrofit to work as a sump.

For those running one of these for a while now, anyone had any issues? I recently ran into an issue with mine not advancing. The float will trigger the motor to run but the motor will not run without me manually assisting it. They are sending me some parts to try to fix it. Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue. Could use some advise on how to remove the motor box so I am ready for the new parts.
