Curious if anyone has used this? Pros/cons over epoxy for waterproofing?

not that I know of - but you mention waterproofing - can you give more information

Just for a stand. I was curious more than anything. I don't like the epoxy yellowing with white paint.

I do see a potential future in filter media for reefing as well.

I have not used it, didn’t know about it.
Any thoughts on ceramic, or polyester. I believe the gel coat will yellow though

I'm familiar with aerogels, but I'm not seeing a rational to put them in paint for an aquarium stand?

Their main benefit is being super light weight and good thermal insulation..
