I would like to monitor ph , does anyone use the cheaper ones , what’s the pros and cons !?

Not Worth it . You will not give you true reading. Just use a good test kit. Or spend the money on a real monitor

Go with Pinpoint Ph - Its very reliable. So is the Hanna meter
