anyone who has the current ic pro loop w/app

This question is for anyone who has or has had the Current IC Pro Loop LED lights w/ app. There is a problem that I can't find an answer to yet. Not even with customer service yet but they are trying to help. There is a moonlight program with two optional effects that have sound and lighting effects. I'm not able to turn that option off. I only have the ability to toggle between one or the other at the moment.

They actually just finally sent me this. After many ignored requests. Haven’t got a chance to try it yet though, but hopefully by next week I will. We shall see what happens.

“Please delete the app, unplug everything from the power supply. Then plug everything back in, reinstall the app and reattach the lights.”

Finally did figure it out. All I had to do was change of the lighting settings, blue, white, red, etc. And then The two effects icons are no longer lit. Another word I changed the blue from 10 to 15 then back to 10. I also wrote the company back letting them know what an easy fix it was in case another customer has the same problem.
