I don't, but I do have a Hanna CheckTemp thermometer I double check temps with. A decent digital kitchen thermometer can also be used for this.

If you put ten very good thermometers in your tank, you will likely still get ten different results. The most important thing is stability, and a heater controller like an InkBird or what's included with the Helios will go a long way towards maintaining a stable temp (in addition to protecting the tank if/when the heater fails). As long as your temp is holding steady, and is in the range of about 76-80 degree F, you should be fine. I shoot for about 77-78 F on my tanks.

One one tank I use an inkbird with two 600 watt BRS titanium heaters.

On my main system the Neptune Apex controls the three 600 watt titanium heaters.

Yes, I use the CheckTemp as my "standard" as well. I also have the Hanna Salinity meter which has a thermometer as well, and the Salinity pen and the CheckTemp are off from each other by a couple tenths of a degree.

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter like the outlets found in bathrooms and kitchens. It's a very good idea for safety reasons to power your tank through a GFCI outlet. If you don't have one where your tank is, one can be installed by a qualified electrician, or you can look at options like these:
