This orange setosa has been shedding tissue the last two days. Anything I can do to help save it?

I’ve seen this before in a green Acro and tried cutting off the white damaged parts, but it did end up killing the entire coral.

Frag it now - all you will do is lose more and more healthy tissue. Be sure to cut above the area of TN. As of late I've been dipping in witch hazel (.5ml per 250ml tank water) with some success. Cover where you cut and a little bit more of the healthy tissue with superglue and mount. It will recover or it won't after that.
