Hey fellow AP700 owners.

I’m wondering if anyone can share what type of lighting schedule they’ve had success with on a similar set up. Currently my light is mounted 14 or so inches above the top of the tank with mesh lids. I have 2 zoa frags, 1 torch, and some GSP encrusted on a rock.

On at 10:30 and off at 20:00. Tried to get a shot of the different colors and intensity. Is there a benefit to running red or green at all?

Come on AP700 users, help a guy out!

Just wondering if you found anything out about the lighting schedule I also just purchased 2 of the ap 700 and I'm Curious what schedule your using now if it's working for you

Some of the most rock solid AP700 tanks we've seen have run remarkably simple settings. On for 8-10 hours at a single setting, with a 1-2 hour ramp up and ramp down on either side.

At 14" off the water, you'll probably want to run your intensity a bit higher (60%+), depending on how wide and long the tank is.
