A few days ago my Apex A3 Pro disconnected from Fusion. My Apex is connected to my DECO wireless network via a hardwired LAN connection. This is the first time this has happened in the several years I've had this up and running. I put in a service call to Apex and the tech promptly returned my service request. He said the A3 is working properly and that he suspects that the DECO is somehow blocking the A3 from accessing the internet, although he couldn't see any details as to how this is happening when he accessed my network. I need to reach out to TP Link (DECO) to see if they can advise if this is happening and how to correct it. In the meantime, is it possible to try and connect via WiFi or will this only add to the connection problem. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
