Apex A3 Temp and PH wont change

Power outage last night left apex unable to connect to fusion. Hardwired Ethernet and erroneous PH and Temp Readings.19.3 F and 2.24 PH. Factory Reset(red light) this afternoon and am able to get it to connect to fusion and can control the outlets but temp and Ph remain way off. Tried swapping probes and no change. Also calibrated them manually and the readings still do not change from 19.3 2.24. Updates OS software and still no change. Thoughts?

Contact Neptune. There have been a lot of issues with the new A3s in terms of not reading probes correctly, logging, recalibrating, etc. And many issues with the internal SD card.
