Apex Alarm notifications?

Im trying to setup my leak sensors and Im having issues with setting up the alarm. I used to use SMS email but it appears that is no longer an option. I see you can use push notifications through the app but when I go to settings and notifications the only option is an email address. If I hit the "?" and go to "push notifications" it tells me I have to set that up in the app, while Im in the app.....

Email is nice, but Id like to have an audible alarm on my phone for things like leaks. How do I set this up?

there is a check box in settings that you have to check. To add alerts click the + in the top right

Mine looks exactly like that but with my email address. When I click the plus the only option I have is adding another email?

If there is another check box I need to hit where is it?

Just curious, do you have iOS or android?

maybe try deleting the app and redownloading it but be sure to accept push notifications. I didn’t have it on my iPad earlier and I added it a few minutes ago and now it shows up under notifications. I didn’t do anything special and it just showed up after downloading the app
