Apex alarm troubleshooting

I keep getting this low water optical sensor alarm, and I don't have any code to my knowledge that's even triggering this. I've deleted it everything that I've gotten so far trying to troubleshoot this thing and it still does it any help is greatly appreciated. I'm very new so it might be a very simple fix

Check the water sensor configuration itself. If you used a wizard, there could be an alarm set in there that will not show up in the email alarm page. Here is one for pH for example:
