I have ato barrel connected to rodi unit. I have a solenoid n/c that is going to turn on and off the supply line to rodi unit. (Rodi solenoid)I have 2 float switches in the barrel. One on top (ato top) and one at the bottom (ato bottom). Im having trouble coming up with a code. I want the top switch to turn of the solenoid when its closed. But i dont want the solenoid to open until the bottom float switch is open.
Please help

This is how I have mine setup. I had a hard time getting it up and running at first also: I had to change the code:

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Swx3_1 OPEN Then ON
If Swx3_2 CLOSED Then OFF
If Swx3_3 OPEN Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

I hope that this helps.

Hmmn, I actually think it’s a simple as just not having any SET commands in the program.

FALLBACK OFF
IF ATO_LOW CLOSED THEN ON
DEFER 001:00 THEN ON
IF ATO_HIGH CLOSED THEN OFF
DEFER 001:00 THEN OFF

Low water in the tub will trigger the outlet to turn on when the low switch closes, but then there’s nothing to turn it off again until the high switch closes. Similarly, nothing to turn the outlet on again until water level drops to close the low switch. I have the avast barrel tender set this way.

FYI, I always flip the bob on floats so that hits the closed condition that triggers an action.
