Apex controller is not responding!

Hello Everyone,
I recently just set up my Neptune Apex on my new tank yesterday. It was working yesterday. Then I updated the FW, the FW updated fine. however, I went to update my module and it says the update was successful and then it tells me it still needs to updated. Then last night all of the probes went to a standard value like it’s not actually reading them, and now my controller is not responding to me when I try to turn on and off plugs!!!

I had this same apex on my last tank about 4 months ago and it never had any issues.
