apex controller led screen out

I was using it for about 10 minutes going through the menu and then it jut froze.

Waited a few minutes. nothing

unplugged the power, usb thing and probe.

let sit for 5 minutes.

nothing.

tried connecting the brain via Ethernet and Im not sure how to update anything.

Just bought this and after literally 10 minutes I cant do anything.

Anybody experience this before?

So it seems to be the unit itself instead of the display.

The Status light will blink off and on yellow and then go to green. After 20 seconds or so it turns from green to off.

Anybody experience this?

It might be a poor connection. I keep a spray can of electronic contact cleaner handy just to eliminate contact problems. You might try spritzing the plugs and then plugging them back in. Can't hurt and might even fix the problem.
