apex dimmable D120

Can you tell me what kind of ballast is being used on these? I am thinking of purchasing a few to try out on my reef. Are they similarly wired as the normal D120s where if you don't like the color you can simply solder out a new color bridgelux led in?

We use Meanwells and wire them in parellel, you would have to do it evenly, or simply have us adjust the layout to maintain your warranty.
