I have no idea what the heck is going on. Woke up this morning to only 1 of my 2 apex saying its disconnected. says it disconnected over 82 times in the past 24 hours. except this controller (and the other one in the house) are hardwired in with a CAT5 cable.....
Tried resetting my router and modem, made no difference.
what the heck is going on? how can you disconnect from a hardwired connection? and why is only one of them doing?
and of course, the only display screen i have for the apex doesn't light up when i plug it in, so i have absolutely no way of even connecting to it directly to control anything!
HELP!

I’m having trouble with fusion myself. About to hardwire it as it won’t stay connected via WiFi. Did you have anymore connection issues with fusion since its hardwired?

I have had a similiar issue with mine over the last year. Disconnects about every 2 days (also hard wired). Sometimes takes the heater down with it. After talking with Neptune support they think the Apex base unit is going bad and want me to ship it in (which I can't do without making making a ton of changes to my setup).

This issue recently started for me too. If I reboot the apex it immediately reconnects. All other IOT are working fine, it is not a network issue, additionally mine is hard wired. Really irritating. I started a ticket with Neptune and they want to remote in, the soonest I could schedule an appointment is Tuesday.

I just had the same issue. The fix was to replace the micro sd card. Haven’t had an issue since the replacement.
