Apex DOS flashing green Any Ideas ?

Apex DOS flashing green Any Ideas ? I googled searched and Reef2Reef searched and am coming up empty on a fix, my Apex lost all 3 DOS modules today, so per manual, I deleted the module and now its flashing green and completely dead, manual buttons don't even work. Any Ideas on a fix ? Contacted Neptune but no responses yet.
