Apex el connection issue

setting up new Apex EL (first apex), having difficulties to connect with my home networks. It got connected twice which I updated the AOS, and then updated the timezone. Afterward I just can’t connect to my home network.

Is the unit supposed to show Blue in order to connect to wifi? Mine turn blue but then turn and stay as Orange.

In order to get the light turn blue, I had to do hard reset everytime

I am not home to check but I am pretty sure my full model Apex 2016 remains orange when in normal working mode connected to wifi and fusion.
