So, I used to have a pH probe named DTPH, but changed my system around, renamed the probe, and removed the code from my email alarm outlet. All good, right? They WHY do I immediately get this alarm whenever I try to set it to Auto?

I even literally deleted all of the code, uploaded it, then coded it with just Set OFF and it’s still changes to ON within moments of setting it to auto. ‍♂️ I’ve been an Apex user since we were all set up on Reeftronic and had to manually route the Apex to the world, so it’s not like I just started with these.

Do you still have a pH probe outlet? Check the settings then advanced config. There is an alarm there on mine for low pH. Even with a detached probe, I wonder if you are getting the minimum value.

Alarms can also be defined on each Input's configuration screen. Go to your list of Inputs, and click each one that has a checkmark under the bell (alarm) column to adjust the alarm thresholds, or turn them off completely. See my tutorial on Apex Alarms for more details and screenshots:

I renamed that pH probe to 270ph, have it coded to alarm when outside 7.9-8.8, and that probe has never been near those limits. There is no input of any type named DTpH. I’m thinking Neptune will have to log into my Apex to correct it, as the latest firmware update didn’t fix it.
