Apex Energy bar problems

I just got a energy bar and setting back up my apex system after about almost a year of it being down. It got water on it before and stopped working. So today I'm setting it back up and I notice the energy bar isn't working nor the trident system. The orange light was flashing on the energy bar and a red light flashing on the trident system. I tried nearly everything in my knowledge any suggestions?

Well, if it was exposed to water and stopped working a year ago, there is an excellent chance it's water damaged inside and, after a year, corrosion really set in. Whichever module got the water is the first suspect.
