Hi,

I have had the apex up and running for about 3 weeks now I believe. I followed the guides in setting up all the equipment and programming. However, every hour of every day, I receive the same error. I have gone over the programming for each piece of equipment plugged in and my firmware is up to date. Does anyone know what this error means? I can’t pin point what is triggering it. Thanks

Can you post the code thats under the advanced tab on the E-mail Alarm button?

It looks like the DKH and PH alarm code is sticking On from the alarm log

The only thing is that the dKH has only been on there for a couple of days because I had to wait on buying a pm1 to hook it up. As far as pH, that is the first time that has alarmed actually since I set up the apex itself. But the alarm has been triggering from day 1. Here’s a shot of the email programming. Thanks for helping!

Add:

Set OFF
Fallback Off

to the first lines of code on the Email Alarm

I'm pretty sure that will fix your issue

I always added code that turned off the outlet once the problem was corrected, like:

If Tmp < 73.1 Then Off

I edited my post with some more information, in case you missed it.

Basiccly you don't have anything telling the outlet to turn off once its been turned on.

Set OFF is all that is needed.

Fallback OFF does not work for outputs built in to the Apex base unit like the alarm outputs as Fallback only works with modules that can looses communication Connected with a AquaBus cable.
