Apex Fusion App not available for Android 7.0?

The Apex Fusion App isn't showing up in my Play store on my LG Stylo 3 running Android version 7.0
When I try a direct link to the app I get a message that the app is not compatible with/available for my phone.
Is the app not available for Android 7?

Do you think they are lying to you? It clearly states right in google play Required: Android 8.0 and up.
