This is the third time I’ve had this issue with Apex Fusion. Learned to just wait It out.

How do we get Neptune to be more proactive and let us know when there are issues with Apex Fusion and when they might be resolved?

Same happened to me on Dec 25. The controller was offline for ~6 hours, and only came back online after power restart. Tech support told me literally "You were probably effected by a Fusion outage we had over Christmas, it's the first time I've seen it happen and it was fairly widespread so I wouldn't worry about it.".

"it was fairly widespread so I wouldn't worry about it."

There is no official posts about this outage even though it affected many people, also tech support couldn't confirm the mitigation time, and whether I was affected by that outage or something else. Alarm log is empty.

I am new to Apex, and I believe their products generally have a reputation to be reliable, but the way they deal with outages is very surprising to me.
