Does anyone know if there is a way to shorten the 30-40 minute time delay between when the power/internet is cut and Neptune sends out an alert? It seems like a long time, during wich, you could prevent a disaster.

Thanks,
Justin

No, the Heartbeat feature is not user-adjustable. It's controlled by Neptune's software developers.

However, if you want alerts due to power failures, you can integrate the Apex and your Internet router with a small UPS backup battery, and then the Apex can send you an alert the moment the power goes out. See my tutorial on Apex Power Monitoring for detailed instructions on how to set this up:

Thanks. This is perfect.
