Apex Help....went unresponsive

Anyone who can talk me through some trouble shooting. Apex was working until tonight when everything got messed up. Cant see outlets anymore (under their proper name)
All the programming for any outlet went to:
Ramp 40-100

Under modules:
"disp_12 UNP"
(What does that mean?)

Have you opened up a ticket with Neptune support? Posted on their forum ? Tried doing a firmware update? Is this the classic or new 2016 model?

No to ticket, yes to firmware. classic.
It failed last night and Neptune wasnt open. Plan to bug them today

Are you using fusion or ip address of the apex?

Fusion seems to have a hick up now. I Cannot see my apex under fusion but the android app using port forwarding is working..
