Apex Help With Program

Hello everyone. New to programming. Can someone help me program my skimmer to cut off automatically when I turn my return pump off?

Here’s the the programming on my skimmer outlet. The lines for the pH are for my CO2 Scrubber. The next line shuts off the skimmer when the return pump is switched off. Final line defers the skimmer from coming back on for 5 minutes after return pump is turned back on.

Ahhh I understand now. Definitely misread that. I just need to ignore that part. So it should be

If Output RetPump(then the proper #) = OFF Then OFF
Defer 005:010 Then ON
