Apex Jr Email Setup help

If anyone is willing to help me with this problem that would be great. This is a screen shot of my setting and everything I have found and read in the Apex manual this is correct.

Do I need to forward the port on my router before the email will work?

I just went through this process and don't think you need to do the port forwarding for it. I struggled for weeks to get it to send from a yahoo address but in the end gave up and used an derelict account my ISP had set up for me. It was the hardest part of my apex setup. Sorry can't be more help except to suggest if you can't get one account to work you may want to try another.
