Apex Log problems

Hi all my Apex is working but my daily logs are not right. Does anyone else have this problem? Like tonight the Apex turned on my Fuge light but it is not in my log, it was yesterday but not today. And my ATO is never in my logs, I can't figure it out, any Ideas?

Check to be sure the log enabled checkbook is checked for those outlets.

If so, have you tried resetting the Apex?

Lastly, you can link the outlets 8n question to VO's with logging enabled and see if it logs the VO as well as the outlet.

I have not reset it, it logs if I turn something on or off. The only reason I have not reset it, is I am afraid of loosening my programming. Neptune has looked at it twice it will be ok for a day or so then it stops logging again

Update, have had Ne[tune look at it all day lol and now they are sending my problem to Engineering I think it's a firmware problem. I think Neptune helps but wow sometime they ask preaty dumb stuff, he ask me 3 times to reboot the router modem and the Apex. OK then he say oh I see it has disconnected for fusion 3 times I think that's what's wrong, LOL
