Apex Magnetic Optical Sensor

Hi All,

I’m setting up my apex but am having an issue with the included magnetic sensor.

I have it in water and i try pulling it out of water and the open/closed don’t update so i dont know what im doing wrong but its not detecting correctly. Any ideas?

A few things to check:

Ensure the plug is fully seated into the module.

The dashboard isn't instantaneous, and it can take a minute to update switch status. Programming will still activate ~1 second, but there is a lag to show. Try again but give it a minute to check to see if the status changes.

Another thing to check the module setup, ensuring the right type of switch is selected: at about 5:40
