I have invested 6 years and over $10,000.00 in Neptune Systems, I have over 42 modules.

You, Neptune admit your A2 has failed, you don't service it, and tell me I need to buy a new A3. You set up a phone call to help me with the "Simple Merge". When the call starts and you realize what I'm asking you to help me with, you inform me its impossible to "Simply Merge" the new A3 into my 42 modules that exist, and I should plan on a 2-3 day process that will take offline everything else as I work through the change over.

You simply said, "there is nothing we can do for you, good luck, this is not going to be easy. If you want we can send you an RMA and refund your money for the A3.

Neptune, Aperture, I know you don't care, but I do. I will exit your platform and move in another direction.

There is so much I want to type. But I wont. GOODBYE APERTURE, NEPTUNE, APEX.

If someone on this forum would like to assist in this temporary merge. please reach out in DM. Thanks

The apex power supply failed on my last tank crashing the tank so made the switch to hydros and love it so far. I took apart the apex power supply and brain unit and was shocked how poorly constructed everything is. You would be shocked
