Apex Neptune ups

Hi
I have an apex Neptune which works great until power is disconnected which has happened a lot recently due to renovations. I have trouble rebooting as pin hole no longer seems to reset apex etc. So I’ve bought a vortech ups so that I’ve always got a constant power source
Can anyone give me direction as to what I need to buy in terms of cabling hardware
( voltage and jack plug size etc )that goes from apex to ups

VorTech battery backup or a real UPS? When I do a search I cannot find a real VorTech UPS. I know EcoTech doesnt make one. Their battery backup only works for their pumps and powerheads. You need a real UPS such as an APC for the Apex. I have an SMX1500 and it will run for about an hour with lights automatically turning off.
