Apex osc check

Hey guys. First osc command and want to make sure I have it right.
I want it to run every 4 hours for a minute and a half and then it runs from 458 to 0500

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
OSC 000:00/001:30/240:00 Then ON
If Time 04:58 to 05:00 Then ON

its a magnetic stirrer for all for reef. Getting some weird crap settling out. Not normal particulates either.

If you want it to run at the top of the hour: OSC 000:00/001:30/238:30 Then ON Otherwise, every four hours that passes, 1:30 will be added to the four hour cycle. If you don't care it runs at the top of the hour, leave as is.

The time statement limits are inclusive.
So
If time 04:58 to 04:59 then on
On at 4:58 for 2 minutes
