Hello, I've had my Apex about 7 years. I have 2 EB8s. Starting 3 or 4 days ago, it seems certain outlets will randomly cycle on and off frequently but randomly. It appears to be the same 3 outlets that I've caught, but 2 are on one EB8 and the other is on the second EB8, which makes me think there's a problem with the "brain" or something? I tried hitting the little restart button on it but it made no difference. My firmware/software is up to date. Any ideas on what the problem is? Thanks.

Have you reached out to Neptune? Seems to be quite a lot of issues with the EBs the older they get.

Yes, I have, but it's been slow going with no answers yet, so I thought I'd post here just in case anyone else had any ideas. The second EB I have is only a couple years old and both are being affected, so I'm not sure what's going on. I had to move my return pump to a different outlet because it was turning on and off about every 5 minutes, which I don't think was probably good for it.

In case anyone's curious, I made the correlation that it started after I plugged in my camera to watch the tank before going out of town. I could see on the output log where things started randomly turning on and off. I unplugged it from the apex and it has seemingly stopped. Neptune Support stopped responding to my e-mails 🙃 Anyway, I've used that camera for years and this hasn't happened before, but it just uses a regular USB cord/wall adapter and maybe there's something wrong with one of those despite the camera working fine. I'll do some troubleshooting when I have time. No sure how that would make the apex go crazy, but it doesn't seem to be a coincidence at this point.
