Apex PH probe

I cannot get my Apex PH probe to calibrate. I’ve used PH testers before... that had to be calibrated. So I have a question.

Am I supposed to remove the plastic tip cover on the probe? My last tester had a similar cap, but it was just to keep the probe head wet...

Yes you remove the plastic cover. It's used mainly during shipping to keep the head of the probe wet.

Removing those caps is not in the video neptunes created for this set up... I did just find it in the online manual...

kinna feeling like an idiot... kinna not... either way... it’s fixed now

I did the same thing, take all the caps off of probes except the temp on. It stays on.
