I need some help currently none of my "advanced" probe alarms are working. As not sending any alert. This includes just what I have tried but my temp probes, Alk, Calcium, Salinity probes. I have these values custom set to be out of range and no notification is being sent? Anywhere simple I should be checking.

These most definitely had been working before. Please help.

The actual email alerts are working.

Can you screenshot your alert programming? Only 1 alarm trigger will be sent at once

This is a shot of the advanced tab that I am using with the range set and also a shot of the basic tab.
Right now my Alk is at 8.65 no alert

Again it’s only the built in alerts from the probes. The actual email alert is working.
This is driving me crazy.

yeah I have now tested the alk,
Cal, temp proves all this built in alerts are not working anymore.

I take it you test by moving the range so current reading is outside the range right? because you said your ph is 8.65, but is inside the range shown in screenshot, so that won't trigger an alert.

also, check the phone notification setting. it may be disabled.

It’s not ph it’s alk and it’s set to trigger below 8.71. My current Alk is 8.65.

Did you ever find resolution to this?
I could not resolve it myself. I ended up on a call with Neptune and they took control. After a while they figured it out. I’m not sure what the steps were to resolve it. But they have worked ever since.
