Apex probe extension cords

For those of you who mount your apex controller away from your tank, what extension cords do you need to get your sensor probe cords and other cords back to the mounting board? I need to get about 15 feet

I can tell you from experience, they do not make extension cords for them. I look a couple years ago all over and even called Neptune.

Can you install a PM1 module (temp probe, pH,IO) at the tank and then run the aquabus USB cable back to your head unit on the mounting board?

The easiest solution is to install the head unit at the tank, and run a 15ft USB cable back to the mounting board.

If it is the pH and ORP probes you can get BNC extension cords for those. Just be careful where they are routed since the signals from the probes are sensitive to signals in other cable including power cables.

You need either a BNC male to BNC female extension cable or a male to male plus a female BNC coupler.
