Hello,
I just recently bought my apex about 2 weeks ago. I set it up put the probes in the water for the time being. Today I tried to calibrate them and nothing will calibrate they are all way off I’ve tried to calibrate a couple of times and get the same result could my probes be bad or am I doing something wrong

Have you tried calibrating them from Apex.local? I found that worked best for me when initially setting up the controller and probes.

Also did you update to the latest aos? (Says to do this before calibration, just make sure it actually worked) I had a bad base unit that wouldn’t update and they replaced it promptly for me. Also hard wire it if you possibly can, my WiFi is great but for some reason cut out on my apex a bunch.

One or more of the probes failing to calibrate the first time around is a fairly common thing with the Apex. First, make sure that everything's plugged in correctly and the Apex and all modules are running the most current firmware, as mentioned above. Second, set up fresh calibration solutions, at tank temperature, (I suggest putting the opened pH and salinity packages upright inside a cup of tank water taped to the inside of your sump wall.)

Now, unplug one of the probes that won't calibrate. Immediately do a manual calibration on the empty port; you can do it fast, don't wait for anything to settle, this is just a sham procedure. Now, restart the Apex. Once it's restarted, re-attached the probe and carefully do a real calibration. This should give you a correct calibration that holds. Repeat with any other probes that won't calibrate (do each one separately.)

If you try this, let us know if it worked; it has worked for me and many others. :)
