Apex problem?

It sounds like the internal 48Vdc power supply is dying.
I would send it back for repairs.

I had that problem with my eb832 when the 24v power supply fried. The red exclamation was like your first picture, not like the latest with all the problems with the relays. Something is cascading the issue, leaving it plugged in probably made it get worse. This is definitely a "contact NS" scenario.

Anyone know how to contact them, when I try the contact support link inside fusion, nothing happens.

So it ended up being the 24volt power supply. Neptune allowed me to order an energy bar at a discount ($105 off). Will arrive today.

That's what was wrong with mine. I replaced the 24vdc power supply for $20.

Good that NS offered you a solution.
