Apex Temp Probe

So last night my temp probe just shot up to 122 and stays there. I know for a fact my tank temperature is not 122. Has the probe likely gone bad or could it be the Controller main unit? My ph probe and everything else is working fine. I attempted to calibrate but the lowest value it will let me input is 107.
