Apex temp probe

So I bought a used apex and plugged in The temp probe and it would only read like up to 37 degrees. I tried to calibrate it through fusion but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions or is it prob a bad temp probe?

Is the probe set to Celcius or Fahrenheit?

Says farenheit in fusion. I thought the same thing
